The Government of Mongolia has received a Loan and Credits from the World Bank Group to finance the above referenced projects.
 
Ministry of Health now invites eligible individual national consultants to indicate their interest in following Consultancy Services: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.

The M&E consultant will have a graduate degree in monitoring and evaluation or health policy or public policy or economics and other relevant disciplines and at least 5 years of experience in conducting M&E under projects funded by international financial institutions or international organizations, preferably, World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), United Nations. The Consultant must have experience of successful development as individual or part of a team of at least 2 Project Completion Reports or Implementation Completion Reports, with one of the reports being for a complex project with value of at least USD 15 million. Quantitative and Qualitative analytical thinking skills are required. Excellent command of the English language is required.

Interested eligible individual national consultants must provide in a written form in the English Language (i) cover letter containing information on your ability how you best suit for the Services, (ii) Curriculum Vitae, (iii) copies of reference letter(s) from previous employers, (iv) copies of diplomas or certificates before 16:00 hours of (Ulaanbaatar time) of 04 January 2023.
